Understanding Winter Service
Winter weather is unpredictable, which is why our memberships are designed to provide dependable service throughout the season.
A Winter Service Event is any visit to your property for snow removal or de-icing.
A De-Icing Credit may be used independently of snow removal whenever icy conditions create hazardous driving or walking surfaces—even if no measurable snowfall has occurred.
Unused Winter Service Events and monthly De-Icing Credits do not roll over.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to sign a contract?
Memberships are based on a 12-month agreement to provide consistent year-round service and scheduling. Your membership automatically renews every 12 months unless you notify us at least 30 days before your renewal date that you do not wish to continue.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. If you need to cancel before your current membership term ends, simply provide 30 days’ written notice. A $250 early cancellation fee applies to cancellations during the contract term. There is no fee if you choose not to renew at the end of your agreement.
What happens if it doesn't snow very much?
Your winter membership reserves space on our service routes and ensures your property receives service according to your membership level whenever winter weather requires it. You’re paying not only for snow removal but also for the availability, scheduling, and priority service that comes with being a member.
What if my driveway is icy but there isn't any snow?
We monitor weather conditions throughout the season. If your property requires de-icing due to hazardous icy conditions, we may perform a de-icing application even when there is little or no measurable snowfall. These visits use one of your monthly De-Icing Credits and count as a Winter Service Event.
How is my membership price determined?
Every membership is customized using factors such as:

- Driveway size
- Property layout
- Service level selected
This allows us to provide fair, property-specific pricing rather than one-size-fits-all packages.
